Fix Genius lyric extraction and URL matching for the current Genius page structure.

- Remove commas from generated Genius song URLs, e.g. "Well, I Have".
- Add a conservative album-page fallback when the direct song URL fails: use album/album artist/track number, require a single safe candidate and a similar title, and never modify tags automatically.
- Normalize lyric punctuation: replace 3 to 6 periods with an ellipsis and replace spaced hyphens with en dashes.

- Extrahovat texty písní z kontejnerů div[data-lyrics-container="true"].
- Ignorovat bloky záhlaví/metadat Genius označené data-exclude-from-selection="true".
- Zachovat zalomení řádků textu písně a oddělit neprázdné kontejnery textu písně prázdným řádkem.
- Vracet [Instrumental] pro instrumentální stránky Genius, které neobsahují kontejnery textu písně.
